The ideal candidates will have a professional yet friendly attitude, ability to multitask, be punctual and must be willing to learn. They must be fluent in Spanish, be able to read, write and translate during calls/client appointments. Prior experience preferred (but not required). We offer on-the-job training and potential for advancement. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with possible shifts of 9:00 am-6:00 pm or 10am -7pm). The ideal candidate must also have the ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone and in-person with clients daily.
  • Assist with answering multi-line phone system when needed
  • Regular travel alongside attorney
  • Aid in occasional administrative tasks
Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or call center
  • Bilingual Assistant
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Google Calendar)
  • Administrative experience (scheduling, data entry, etc.)
