Britton was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he graduated from West Jefferson High School. He continued his education at Louisiana State University, obtaining a Communication Studies degree: in Public Speaking and Rhetoric. After pursuing other professional endeavors for a few years, Britton decided to focus exclusively on his passion: the law. He went on to graduate from the Southern Law Center in 2018.
Britton worked as an Environmental Consultant in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and as an account manager for the Capital Area United Way in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
