We are a Botique law firm with 12+ attorneys that handle immigration, criminal, and family law. We practice all over Louisiana as well as out of state. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. The canditate preferably would speak a second language (although this isn't a requirement). Must possess a JD and also be admitted to practice in a State (preferably Louisiana). 

Our family of attorneys and staff are welcoming, motivated, and talented. We are looking for Bilingual Paralegals to apply at our firm. Experience in drafting, file management, and intermediate-level motion practice is preferred. The candidate must have administrative knowledge, exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in G Suites, and typing abilities with speed and accuracy. Initial obligations include preparing legal documents and correspondence, opening and maintaining files, attending client intake, scanning, coordinating video meetings, time entry, filing with courts and government agencies, etc. Candidates should also be well organized, professional, capable of meeting deadlines, and adept at managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities.

The ideal candidates will have a professional yet friendly attitude, ability to multitask, be punctual and must be willing to learn. They must be fluent in Spanish, be able to read, write and translate during calls/client appointments. Prior experience preferred (but not required). We offer on-the-job training and potential for advancement. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with possible shifts of 9:00 am-6:00 pm or 10am -7pm). The ideal candidate must also have the ability to travel on short notice.

Immediate opening available for a temporary Interpreter/Translator. The ideal candidates will have a professional yet friendly attitude, be punctual and must be willing to learn. They must be fluent in Spanish, be able to read, write and translate during calls/client appointments. Prior experience preferred (but not required). Must have the availability for roadside travel Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to travel on short notice.
