Matthew Rozas brings a well-rounded background in legal support, logistics, and team management to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Rozas and Associates. Before joining the firm, he served as a legal services specialist in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he developed a strong work ethic and a practical approach to problem-solving. An Eagle Scout, Matthew values commitment and integrity, guiding his team to meet the firm’s mission of providing reliable legal services. He strives to create an environment where clients and colleagues alike feel supported and valued.

Currently pursuing an MBA at Louisiana State University, Matthew balances his studies with family life and outdoor activities. He enjoys rock climbing and exploring nature with his two dogs, Indy, a golden retriever, and Odie, a lab. With a straightforward and hands-on approach, Matthew remains focused on learning and growing, both personally and professionally.
