Matthew Rozas

Matthew Rozas is the Chief Operating Officer of Rozas, where he oversees daily operations, financial management, marketing, and human resources while helping guide the firm’s long term strategy. He focuses on building efficient systems, supporting team performance, and ensuring clients receive reliable, high quality service.

Before joining the firm, Matthew served as a Legal Services Specialist in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he developed a disciplined, solutions oriented approach to leadership. He is an Eagle Scout and leads with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and commitment to others.

Matthew Rozas has recently helped streamline Rozas Law Firm’s intake process, reducing administrative work by more than 66 hours per month and helping the team respond to new leads within about two minutes. This means prospective clients can receive faster, more organized communication when they reach out for legal help, helping the firm focus more quickly on their needs.

Matthew earned his MBA from Louisiana State University and applies his background in business and operations to support the firm’s continued growth.
