Translator

Immediate opening available for a temporary Interpreter/Translator. The ideal candidates will have a professional yet friendly attitude, be punctual and must be willing to learn. They must be fluent in Spanish, be able to read, write and translate during calls/client appointments. Prior experience preferred (but not required). Must have the availability for roadside travel Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to travel on short notice.

‍Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone and in-person with clients daily.
• Assist with answering multi-line phone system when needed
• Regular travel alongside attorney
• Aid in occasional administrative tasks

Experience:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Customer service attitude
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Google Calendar)
