Shea Randall Smith is the Supervising Criminal Attorney at Rozas Law Firm and has dedicated his legal career to criminal defense since beginning practice in 2005. Raised in Houston and Baton Rouge, Shea brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to advocating for individuals facing criminal charges.

Shea earned his undergraduate degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before earning his law degree from Southern University Law Center.

After law school, Shea served as a Law Clerk with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, where his work focused on criminal justice issues. That experience provided an early foundation for his continued focus on criminal law and advocacy.
