Born in New York to Dominican and Panamanian parents, Eva Gonzalez grew up as a “military kid,” gaining life experience as she moved across various states. With over 10 years in the administrative field, Eva brings strong team-building and organizational skills to her role in Human Resources. Since joining Rozas & Associates in 2023, she has quickly become a ray of sunshine within the team, known for her enthusiasm and positivity.

Eva enjoys spending her free time at brunch with close friends and exploring classic films from the 1930s. Her passion for HR is rooted in the supportive environment at Rozas & Associates, where she is a vital member, bringing a level of excellence and commitment to her work that strengthens the firm every day.
