Mary Grace Pollet Villarreal is an immigration law attorney at Rozas Law Firm who began her legal career in 2020. Raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mary Grace has dedicated her legal career to advocacy and immigration law.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College, where she studied Philosophy and Political Science, before earning her law degree from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Immigration and Public Interest Legal Experience

During law school, Mary Grace served on the leadership board of the Public Interest Law Society and interned with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, gaining experience in immigration and public interest law.

Her commitment to advocacy continues through her work helping clients pursue available forms of immigration relief.

Advocating for Families and Human Rights

Mary Grace entered the legal profession because she wanted to advocate for human rights and hold others accountable for harm, whether involving foreign governments or domestic matters.

She has handled numerous forms of immigration relief and is particularly proud of the number of 42B cases she has won in 2026. Through her advocacy and teamwork, four families obtained cancellation of removal during the year.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Mary Grace enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with her young son. She also enjoys outdoor activities and volunteering with St. Aloysius Parish’s High School Youth Group.
