Matthew Rozas

Matthew Rozas is the Chief Operating Officer of Rozas and Associates, where he oversees daily operations, financial management, marketing, and human resources while helping guide the firm’s long term strategy. He focuses on building efficient systems, supporting team performance, and ensuring clients receive reliable, high quality service.

Before joining the firm, Matthew served as a Legal Services Specialist in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he developed a disciplined, solutions oriented approach to leadership. He is an Eagle Scout and leads with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and commitment to others.

Matthew earned his MBA from Louisiana State University and applies his background in business and operations to support the firm’s continued growth.
