Samantha Wilkins

Samantha is the Family Law Attorney at Rozas and Associates, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most personal and challenging moments with compassion and clarity.

Originally from Prairieville, Louisiana, Samantha is a first-generation attorney who brings both professional experience and personal understanding to her practice. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she majored in Pre-Law with a minor in Psychology, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2019.

Samantha began her legal career at the Public Defender’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. She later practiced private criminal defense, further strengthening her trial skills and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has handled a wide range of cases and developed significant trial experience, which now serves her family law clients well—especially when strong courtroom representation is necessary.

Family law has always been a passion for Samantha. Having experienced her parents’ divorce at a formative time in her own life, she understands how emotionally complex these matters can be. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to move forward in a way that supports their happiness and fosters healthy relationships. Samantha finds deep fulfillment in guiding her clients through family law matters with empathy, honesty, and dedicated advocacy.

Outside of the office, Samantha is married and a proud mother of two children. She cherishes her role as a mother and enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as making memories with her family and friends.
